No. Never pay any deposit before viewing.
The normal order is to view first and discuss payment after. If someone asks you to transfer money before you view, for whatever reason, stop.
- Check the agent on the CEA public register.
- Insist on viewing in person and check the address and photos.
- Do not pay a personal account or scan a code.
